Marvin and Pam Campbell U.S. Field Director
A United States Naval Academy graduate, Marvin retired from the U.S. Navy after 20 years of service (including seven in the Navy Reserves). He served as associate staff before joining The Navigators full-time in 2002. In that time, he has served in various leadership roles with Military, Collegiate, 20s, Metro, community ministry, and marketplace ministries. Marvin was founding director of the Bowie State Training Center, an initiative established in 2008 to recruit, develop, equip, and prepare African-American Kingdom leaders for world impact. He currently serves as the DC/Baltimore Metro Mission director. Marvin and Pam have invested their lives in cultivating a multi-cultural network of believers from diverse backgrounds who are committed to knowing Christ and making Him known throughout their relational networks in both urban and suburban settings. They have three children: Taylor, Zachary, and Joshua.
Marvin Campbell, as a U.S. Field director, gives oversight to and ensure collaborative partnering of the Launching ministry sphere. The Launching sphere contains our ministries to those who are in the launching season of life—college students, military personnel and families, and people in their 20s. It is the sphere in which much of the raising up of our laborers begins.
